Bug\u00fcnse S\u00fcmerlere b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel ta\u015f\u0131 olan ve benzersiz dehaya sahip bir halk g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bak\u0131l\u0131yor. Yerle\u015fik toplumun kad\u0131n tanr\u0131ya y\u00f6nelmesi, topra\u011f\u0131n ve kad\u0131n\u0131n niteliklerinin (\u00f6rne\u011fin, bereket kavram\u0131 \u00fczerinden) daha ilintili g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olmas\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>El-Ubeyd\u2019de de bir kad\u0131n tanr\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7ok olas\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bak\u0131l\u0131yor. S\u00fcmer tanr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131nsa erkek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. Ger\u00e7i S\u00fcmerlerde zaman i\u00e7inde y\u00fczlerce (hatta binlerce) tanr\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde kad\u0131n\u0131 da erke\u011fi de hatta bu tanr\u0131lar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herkesin \u015fahsi tanr\u0131lar\u0131 da vard\u0131r. Ancak b\u00fct\u00fcn bu sistemin ba\u015f\u0131nda ve erken S\u00fcmer efsanesinin ruhunda yer alan kad\u0131n tanr\u0131 \u0130nanna ile \u00c7oban-Kral Dumuzi\u2019dir.<\/p>\n<p>El-Ubeyd\u2019lilerin S\u00fcmerlere ana tanr\u0131\u00e7alar\u0131 \u0130nanna\u2019y\u0131 empoze ettikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. Dumuzi ise y\u00f6reye yeni gelen avc\u0131-g\u00f6\u00e7ebe-\u00e7oban S\u00fcmerleri temsil etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ikili sistemde bask\u0131n unsur \u0130nanna\u2019d\u0131r.
